So I had the Menudo and the BIrria Ramen Its easy to give a 5/5 stars but these guys have really earned it. So from entering the restaurant it is very welcoming, busy and clean. You are offered all the options for your menudo so you can choose how it comes. The flavor ran deeper than the Rio de Janeiro! The guys running it were very attentive and always hustling. Myself and each table I saw were checked on frequently. My menudo was delicious before I added the onion/parsley/chilis etc and the meat was so fresh&flavorful. Next I had the Birria Ramen. It was a freakin killer. The meat melted and exploded in my mouth. The broth evolved to more than just "ramen" with how they cook their meals. This place is a gem that U look forward to coming back next time

Wow, this place is amazing! At first, I didn't know what to expect because it is located in the cuts of Anaheim/Stanton in a little Korean strip mall. The restaurant is kind of like tucked away in the corner so it's not visible as soon as you enter but when you turn to the left, you can see it. You could tell that this place is brand spanking new. My husband saw it on Facebook and he was like where is this at? I need to go! And let me tell you, this was the first time he ever had this reaction to a food Facebook video. So naturally I found it , and we tried jThe sign was lit in a small humble place but there's enough seating for what the restaurant is. We browse the menu for a little bit and ended up ordering the Beard Ramen and the Bea combo plate which came with beans and rice. I tell you you can't go wrong with anything here. The food is spectacular. I even ordered a Carne Asada taco alongside my food and ate it and one thing about me is I never finish a food collector and I always take things home this time. There was nothing left to take home. Service is also top-notch here they want their name out there to get the business. They deserve. They offer you samples of their meats as soon as you walk in the establishment. I've never had a place to do that. No matter how new, they were. It's clean, it's cute so you can have your little IG food aesthetic post. This place has an ample amount of potential and I really hope that this place gets the foot traffic that they deserve. Give this place nine out of 10 stars I would, but I will give it five stars on behalf of my husband and myself because he is and he knows authentic Birria and he said this is it. I'm only docking one star because we both decided the thing that would take this place to the very top is handmade tortillas. That's the only thing they are missing. Go check them out as soon as you can. You will not be disappointed at all.

This place makes pretty unique food! Quesabirria tacos: Tasty! Definitely dip this into the ramen. Tacos (not photographed): Not too small. Nice size and nice taste. Ramen: The meat is nicely tender and very tasty. The meat was probably cooked for a while which adds to how tender it is. I can find myself returning if I was in the mood for flavorful tasty casual junkiness.
Craving for tacos hut my friend saw this place serving biria ramer something new for our taste buds. We ordered pork and asada tacos (3), a beef biria ramen and i taste good! we were going to buy soda but there's no refilable it is from a can so we just had water. Service was good it was our first time so the staff explained to us what we want to order. Place is clean not too bog of a space it was hidden somewhat inside, but we will be back i have my eye on a carne asada wet burrito with no beans and not too spicy.
Great birria de chivo. Im not a fan of birria de chivo in general. I prefer beef birria but this birria is great. I can tell its made and cooked fresh every day. Perfect consume flavor and not too gamey. If you LOVE birria de chivo you will love this place. The quesabirria tacos were meaty and plentiful too. Open bar for the condiments meant you got all the fixins you want.
First time trying birria ramen and i def will be back. They give you a good amount of meat in the ramen and its actually pretty big. The soup is full of flavor and not too oily. The tacos were great as well. Meat was nicely seasoned and full of flavor. The guys at the cash register were nice. Definitely check this place out if you're craving for birria ramen or tacos

I just had to share this post with everyone. This place has been my absolute go service is absolutely great every single time . The food is so good and I've had many different plates lol . Menudo , torta , burrito , tacos , Birria plate , birria soup, birria and ramen even the salsas are amazing. It's always clean and the ambience is nice the owner is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place
